Recent Windemere Conference Review: "The hitel was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the other reviews but decided to give it a chance and I am glad I did. The only thing I have to complain about is the bed, it was so hard, but other than that perfect room."

| The hotel has been around for awhile, but you do get what you pay for. The price was budget friendly. The only complaint I have is this; if you are billing yourself as a "conference center" please add internet availability to the room. No internet is a real problem for business people!!! |

| The room was 'nicely appointed', with a microwave, a mini fridge (though the fridge didn't seem to be working too well), both a sofa and a chair for seating,with a side table by the chair and a separate writing desk. Sliding glass doors opened onto a patio with a table and chair just across from the pool. It just seemed to be very dated, decor-wise; like it had been a beautifully decorated room with quality furniture in the 70's, and then just left that way.
It is in an older, 'transitional' area, but it is priced very reasonably, so if that is your main concern this hotel will fit the bill--just don't go with any delusions that you will be staying at a modern, upscale, 'hotel & conference center'. |

| I was very happy with my stay. Everything was great. Friendly staff, awesome rate. The breakfast in the morning was ok. The pool was fantastic. I would definately stay there again. |

| Very pleasant, room felt spacious, liked amenities of small frig, mircowave and coffee maker. Free breakfast area was busy and full to capacity but could easily walk food back to well shaded patio table outside our room. |

| I will admit to being a bit unsure about the Windemere when we first arrived. It's an older property, and smelled its age when we first entered our room. A few minutes with the A/C cleared out the smell, though. The room itself was large with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, microwave, and good-sized balcony. The balcony overlooked a well-maintained courtyard, and out the front of the room we had a great view of the Superstition Mountains. The continental breakfast was good with the usual bagels, cereals, and muffins. They also had hard-boiled eggs and a waffle iron, which were nice bonuses. |

| Stayed after reading other reviews. Very satisfied. Nice pool area, room clean ands well maintained. Continental breakfast so-so. Computer in lobby w/ free use of printer very helpful. Front desk folks very helpful. I think nicest on Main Street. |

| I was pleased with the roominess of my room. It has a separate "closet"/ microwave area from the bathroom. If I had more kids they could have slept on the floors in their sleeping bags with room to walk around them (ijs). The outdoor pool in the courtyard was nice and large. Continental breakfast was minimal waffles, bagels/toast, oatmeal 2 types of cereal, danish, only apples for fruit, the hardboiled eggs were cooked (maybe heated) that morning. |

| This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Staff very friendly, room was clean and roomy, pool area very clean and the free breakfast bar pretty good. The grounds are well kept. I will stay at this hotel when I return to the area to visit my grandchildren. |
