| I chose the Sleep Inn in Mesa because of it's proximity to family and the price. We did not spend any time in our room other than to sleep and to get ready in the morning. For the price this hotel is a great value. The beds were very comfortable, which was a nice surprise. We had nice internet service in the room. The hotel staff were all very nice, even the people who had to work on Christmas. It is in the process of a remodel and that's a good thing as it is an older hotel. We paid extra to bring our dog with us but, again it wasn't very much and well worth it to us. The breakfasts were typical(waffles, cold kids cereals, pastries) and we didn't eat anything other than oranges and apples there because of our picky tastes in food. But, the waffles smelled really good! The location is right next to the mall so, if you are into shopping you will be happy.
This will be our place to stay in the future because of it's location, price and comfort. |

| The room was convenient and very quiet. Beds were comfortable. The room was a little small so very tight quarters. Only real complaints were they were redecorating the place and it was left looking very messy in the halls and they did not offer bottled water in the vending machines. |

| The room was cleaned and well maintained. If I needed anything they were more than happy to help. The air conditioning was kind of tricky to keep a constant room temperature, but the a/c did work. The hallways and elevator were hot and smelled like smoke. Atleast the room did not smell like smoke. Overall was a good experience, quiet, clean, comfortable, and lots of places to eat in the mall across the street. |

| The Mesa AZ Sleep Inn was both quiet for a decent night's rest, and very convenient to the 60 freeway; which made for easy access. While they are still in the process of remodeling, the room was clean, the price was right, and the continental breakfast a great bonus! |

| Decent room and service, excellent location. However, remodeling project a joke. Some halls were closed from a hanging drop cloth, others had no carpet/wallpaper etc. looked like a haunted hotel.
I was there for a week and did not see one worker. This project may take a while...Oct. 2011 |

| Very helpful and friendly staff, great pricing and quiet location for this hotel. The rooms are adequate and the hallways are all undergoing renovation. A great place to stay in a nice area close to multiple restaurants makes this a good choice for a place to stay in Mesa. |

| The room was very small as well as the bathroom. The bathroom fan was not working, as well as, two light switches. We found trash in the room from the previous guests. The hotel is undergoing renovation, and while there was no noise from that, it would have been nice to know before hand. The entrance from the parking lot was not working, so we had to walk all the way around the hotel to the main entrance.
The breakfast was good. They have a make your own waffle station. The location is great. It is by Superstition Springs Mall, other shopping and the freeway. |

| This hotel is nice and reasonably priced. It is right next to Superstition Springs mall and all of the restaurants and other stores that are around the mall. Great location. The rooms are simple but comfortable and have a fridge and microwave. |

| My husband comes in for business every month to Gilbert and we always stay here. We have gotten such great service and have gotten to know the front desk people. Charlette is a gem. Keep up the great work. |

| There had obviously been some damage to some of the rooms on our floor and this was not mentioned at check-in or when booking. It made an unsatisfactory "trip" down the hall to our room. |
