Recent Quality Inn Review: "I read the other reviews about this hotel and i dont know how anyone could have a bad thing to say about this establishment. The room was huge, the bed was huge, and the property was very clean. The pool was also beautiful and very pretty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

| We stayed just one night to go to Sunsplash which was within walking distance. Great location, restaurants are close and right near the freeway. The room was clean, the check in was fast and friendly, the breakfast was great and saved us money by not buying breakfast. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to others. |

| Great price for the Memorial Day weekend. Pretty clean but older rooms. I had the king suite. Big new king size bed. Fold out couch incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. Felt like it forced you to lean forward. Good shower. Bathroom door was repaired and the overhead fan didn't work. Biggest issue was no air conditioning unit in the bedroom. Took over 2 hours at full blast for the AC unit to cool off the other room, and that's with a box fan borrowed from the front desk. Didn't use the kitchen other than the coffee maker and the fridge. The service staff was good. Worst part about the hotel is the location. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but I didn't have any major issues. Overall, it was a great rate and a semi-decent room. |

| I've never stayed anywhere where the employees/owners were constantly working: they were repairing, improving, cleaning. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They even hook you up with a great taxi guy. The pool area was very nice and the breakfast outstanding. |

| I have been staying at various Hotels in this area for the past couple of months for when I go to see my children on the weekends. I must say that the outside is remarkably nice for this area as were some of the common areas. Unfortunately the rooms are severely outdated, their last remodel was done very sub par and that was more then 10 years ago. The beds were comfortable though and I do like the layouts of the rooms. I just felt like everything was disgusting and the toilet leaked all nite keeping me awake with its constant overfilling - companies like this should take stronger efforts to be more resourceful especially in arid places like the southwest. Overall it was like getting Motel 6 at a LaQuinta price so not too horrible but I will try somewhere different next time. |

| This hotel is in sad need of repair. It's very old in the rooms and the furniture, carpet, bathrooms need updating badly. The sofa beds are sooo uncomfortable they're really only good for kids who can sleep on anything. The location was pretty central to everything and the staff is very accomodating. The pool and hot tub have way to much chlorine in them and my kids skin got burned each time they went swimming. The hotels that were about the same price in Chandler are much newer and nicer so we won't stay here again. Check out the La Quinta and the Holiday Inn in Chandler. |

| We enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool, thought breakfast was yummy, the sun was even better. We had some problems with noise at the pool, but the hotel had nothing to do with the fact that the place was full of young ball players without any manners.
The only problem we had was the usual sore back on the mattress on the foldout bed. We ended up taking mattress off and using it on the floor. |

| It was Ok...could have been better. The pool, spa and checking in was great. But the room was old, the couch caved in when I sat in it and the furniture is older..
There was a club/bar near by and it was pretty loud. |
