Recent Hyatt Place Review: "THIS HOTEL GIVES AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. THE HOTEL IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY NICE. IT IS CONVINIENTLEY LOCATED BY RESTRAUNTS AND NEW SHOPPING CENTERS. I COME TO PHOENIX ONCE A MONTH TO MY DOCTORS APPT AND I AM ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GOOD HOTELS AND WITH GOOD PRICES, SINCE I BRING MY FAMILY WITH ME. MY KIDS LOVED THE TYE DYED POOL, IT LOOKS REALLY COOL AT NIGHT WITH ALL THE CHANGING COLORS! MY FAMILY AND I WILL MAKE THIS OUR HOTEL WHEN COMING TO MESA/PHOENIX. I WOULD LOVE IT IF THEY OFFERED MORE AT BREAKFAST, BUT OTHER THAN THAT ITS A PERFECT HOTEL. AND MY FAMILY AND I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!"

| Wow! We had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa. The staff was great. They were very family-friendly. They even treated my 3 children with kindness and respect. Very comfortable room. The hotel was clean and well-kept. They really bend over backwards for your comfort and satisfaction. The included breakfast was delicious with a good-sized, well -stocked selection. The hotel was convenient to lots of shopping and the freeway. It was a great stay for a great price. No complaints whatsoever. |

| We have been to different hotels in the area for the past few years when visiting our son who attends ASU. Some have been pleasant, some were a disappointment. I did stay at the Hyatt place in Scottsdale which was nice. But I have to say that the Hyatt Place in Mesa was a bit hit! The location and the comfort of the hotel. It was perfect! An added convenience was the cart where the personnel offered to take us around to the nearby shopping center. In addition to that, was having The Bass Pro Shop nearby. That was huge for my sportsman husband. Hope to stay there again as long as the price remains reasonable. Thank you, DC |

| It was an excellent hotel and as people stated in previous reviews one of the nicest I had stayed in. I liked it so much that I spent two more nights there. Clean, efficient, big rooms, nice fridge, Starbucks on hand, big breakfast and close to movie theater and shopping - all within walking distance. Will stay there again if and when return to Mesa. You won't be disappointed in the least if you chose this Hotel for your stay in Mesa. |

| This was the best hotel we stayed at during our week long trip to Arizona. Although the building looks a little dated from the outside, the interior is renovated in a modern european style. It is in a great shopping location and 15 minutes from the airport. Standard continental breakfast. Unbeatable value for the price we paid. |
