| I wanted to like this place -a few miles from my sister's home while traveling over holidays with my daughter.
Pro: Price,
ease of check in
Courteous staff
Con: Smoking room (although requested non-smoking) - my fault, I was too tired after 36 hours of traveling to switch,
Swipe cards needed to be reset every other day (annoying)
Bottom line - I'd probably stay again, be more specific about non-smoking, but nothing to recommend except location and price. When traveling on business, I'm more demanding, but when traveling for leisure - price and location are my top priorities.
Stay if you're looking for easy and cheap - recommend - skip if you want a nice stay. That being said, I will I stay again - yes, for location and price. |

| I couldnt have asked for more for my money. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean and comfy too! |

| This hotel was clean and had many available items for an extended stay(stove,refrigerator,etc.). Located in a easy access to freeway,but no noise. I will use if returning to Mesa. |

| It was a party next door, screaming, yelling, for hours, until other guest came and confront the people (teens) in the room. they they told him to go back to his room and they said they have a knife. but he said he was to call the police, and after that calm. |

| We only stayed one night and had to leave early, so we didn't experience much, but I liked the room, would love to use it for longer stay and take advantage of the kitchen, etc. Clean, great for the price. |

| This is the second time we stayed at this location. Our room was in better condition than the first stay. Both were clean and in good condition.
The negative - both times we did not get the room we asked for. We specifically requested both time 2 double beds/non smoking.
1st time we got double beds/smoking and moved to a King/non smoking (right next to a smoking room) the 2nd time we got king bed/non smoking and stayed in that room.
We'll see if there's a third time. |

| This was a great Hotel and very nice and comfortable BUT, they really need to buy some new beds. I ended up sleeping on the floor it had less springs digging into my back |
