We were very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. It was quiet, always a bonus~never heard a noise either above or below us on the 3rd floor. Absolutely no freeway noise, but it was convenient being so close to one. On the downside, 1 of the queen beds was very uncomfortable, we suspected broken springs and though it was clean, the  bathtub drain was slow and would backup when we used the shower.

This hotel is in a great location - right next to the freeway. The freeway was VERY loud. The hotel has recently been renovated and it is pretty nice, but it is next to impossible to find out what time the pool closes. The Executive Lounge was pretty sweet with hot hor de'ourves at night and continental breakfast in the morning. If you can't find something  in Mesa farther away from the freeway, this is a good option!

I cannot say enough positive input about this amazing Hilton Hotel! EVERYONE was incredibly friendly, service impeccably quick, breakfast buffet THE BEST EVER! Patti and her assistant were incredible every morning serving us. We were greeted by them by name and they remembered our preferred beverages. Fantastic VIP lounge with lovely people and delicious  appetizers. Enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunset from the deck of the VIP room while sipping on a glass of wine. Rooms incredibly spacious. We had 6 people in a Jr. Suite with plenty of room to roam. Pool and spas most relaxing with optional food & drinks, plenty of big, beach towels. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy your hospitality! Oh, and the location is superb! Just off Hwy 60 short drive to ASU where we just moved in our freshman son.

If you are expecting a luxury resort, this is not it. The valet parked both our bmw's and both were broken into and personal property was stolen. The hotel nor the valet showed much concern or any desire to take responsibility for the damage to our vehicles. Also, this is a family/waterpark hotel, not what one would expect from a Fairmont chain resort.

The tub, when taking a shower, filled up about 2 inches with water. Speaking with a fellow guest it was happening in their room as well. The in room coffee maker had standing water in it from who knows when. it was there both mornings. The housekeeping staff did nothing to even clean the coffee maker. I had requested a room with two beds but was given a room with only one bed. If this is standard at all Hiltons I will never stay at one again.

The room needs to be updated The lounge chair had a frayed arm. The shower ceiling was peeling.The air conditioner was very noisy every time it came on. The pool area was small and the decking in need of repair. The staff was very polite and efficient.

I was placed in the wrong bed sized room, which also smelled musty; however, they corrected the error immediately. I had a King bed which was horribly uncomfortable. The room service from the Zuni Bar and Grill was atrocious. I had nachos which all stuck together as if it where one big nacho because the cheese was dried and hard. I took two bites and it cost me $40. I was so disappointed in my stay that I did not even complain, which normally I do, because I will never go back there. Definitely not worth the room and I expected way more from a Hilton.

My overall view of the appearance was great. Beds were very comfortable. On site restaurant and nearby places to eat was a plus! However the charge for wifi was disappointing due to the fact that it only covered a period of 24 hours. I needed access from my room the day I was to check out and sure enough it had expired then it prompted me to the Hilton wifi webesite...not good. I was then forced to make or shall I say squeeze my way into the business center where I was greeted by 3 other users on each of the computer stations. Aside from my little mishap with the wifi, I would definitely time my wifi usage wisely. Or look for a place with free wifi.
