| My experience at the Extended Stay America Phoenix-Mesa exceeded my expectations. I read reviews about the hotel prior to my visit; however, the negative reviews about the hotel did not bear out: 1) When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the hotel personnel; 2) the room included a kitchen component equipped with refrigerator, stove, counter, cooking utensils (inclusive of plates, knives, forks, etc). This amazed me considering the price I paid; 3) There were no ants in the room; and most importantly, 4) the mattress was great. I have a back problem so I need to sleep on a relatively firm mattress. The hotel's mattress was firm with a soft mattress cover, which made for a restful sleep. Look forward to my next visit at Extended Stay. |

| Very convenient and affordable considering we booked during the winter tourist sesion. the Hotel personal did not look professional, but were very considerate.
our room was very clean. Can't say the bed was comfortable. Woke up with back aches. |

| The Extended Stay hotel was a great place to stay, however, there were a couple of things that concerned me. Number 1, the insects. There were so many crickets and grasshoppers that would get inside the motel entrance on the side and then they'd find their way into the room. That bothered us quite a bit. Maybe a little pest control is in order? Number 2, the mattress was very hard and lumpy. Number 3, the Wi-Fi was extremely, almost painstakingly SLOW. They charge a fee for the Wi-Fi so I expected to get an excellent connection. Maybe an upgrade is needed on their Wi-Fi provider? Overall, it was a really good place to stay and the kitchenette was great, although I didn't cook in it. We will stay there again if we need to, otherwise we usually travel in a motorhome. Thank you!!!! |

| This was a very quiet and private hotel. It was a good selection for us. There are three things that could have made our stay a perfect one, they are #1: the mattress on the king bed was hard and lumpy; #2: the wi-fi connection was extremely weak and it was like being on dial up again, it was too slow; #3: the crickets were hopping! There were alot of them in the room, so we found ourselves doing alot of cricket swatting! We will stay here again next time though, so hopefully these things will be improved by then? |

| the location is convenient, because it's near to freeway. Moreover, there are places such as walmart and waffle house near by, which is convenient for traveler. |

| Very adequate for those seeking a decent place to spend the night and do not require any amenities of any type (including a vending machine, ice, etc.). Staff was very courteous. |

| This was the perfect hotel for what we wanted. Great neighbothood with lots of good restaurants close by. People at hotel were very helpful and efficient. Definatly an keeper. |

| The beds were very uncomfortable. The uncarpeted floors were linoleum. The bathroom floor was warped.
It just wasn't what I would have thought. I certainly would not use for extended stay. |
