Very friendly and helpful staff - I'd stay there again just for that. Quiet room - far enough from N. Main St. that vehicle noise was not a problem. Room was very clean. I didn't spend much time in the room itself, so the price/quality ratio was exactly right.

For the price that we paid for this hotel it was not too bad. The room was clean and came with a fridge and a microwave which we were unaware of. The air conditoner took a while to really work but after a few hours the room finally cooled down. The bathroom was horrible. A complete sauna, you took a shower and were sweating by the time you left the bathroom. Not impressed. There were not many guests at the hotel so it was quiet and we were able to have the pool all to ourself all morning, cant complain about that! There could have been a better breakfast selection but again, we got what we paid for. Not bad for a trip on the whim. Like the location, on main street close to alot of stuff.

we got a great price for the room we got the beds are a little hard but most hotel beds are the outside is still in the process of being painted but over all had a great stay nice friendly staff.

The owner/operator was very friendly and helpful. She recommended good restaurants and helped us when we were trying to locate a friend in the area. We'll stay here again next year.

Wouln't recommend if you have kids, and want to feel safe. The room had a bad smell when we walked in. Having the air on did help. The room had some bugs. My boyfriend missed the turn to the hotel, so we went down the street to turn around. He forgot to turn his headlights on, and we saw flashing lights. When the officer came to the car to find out why we were in that neighborhood, and we explained we were turning around. He told us we were in a very bad neighborhood, to get to the hotel and not leave any valuables in the car. The only thing between the hotel and the neighborhood is a six foot brick wall. Glad it was only for one night, before we had to catch our plane for home.

some rooms were under construction. Internet service needed work. Two nights out of three were noisey.

This motel had just reopened as a Days Inn when we stayed there. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The decor shows wear. For the location, the price was great and we were just looking for a place to sleep, so not interested in extra amenities.

This hotel is in the heart of "Snow Bird Country" in Mesa. The location worked perfect to visit my parents. The hotel is being remodeled and will be quite nice when complete. The rooms were fresh, clean and new. The price was only a little more than Motel 6 but better quality.
