| The door toour room would not close by itself, twice we came back to room and door was ajar, left open I assume by cleaning service, Breakfast was good but got old after eating same breakfast 5 days. |

| Arrived at about 8:30 PM, departed at about 5:30 AM. It was just what we wanted, a clean, convenient place to over night to catch an early morning flight. |

| It was a little further out than some of the other hotels I looked at, but it had a great breakfast (I had 3 teen boys), a heated pool and an exercise room. Very neat and clean and the lobby had fresh baked cookies! Good service too! |

| Very nice hotel. Didn't particularly like the concrete wall view outside of our window, but the property is very nice, very clean, well situated for access to Phoenix-Mesa airport. Nice pool area. |

| The toilet paper holder fell of the wall. When housekeeping cleaned the room, they hung it up and it fell off as soon as I touched the roll. I called the front desk, told them what was wrong and their reply was I will see if someone can come look at it. No one ever showed up. All that was needed to repair it was a small screwdriver but I guess that maintenance was not a high priority. I also had problems getting the elevator to come to my floor. But if they don't care if you TP is on the floor, I figured the elevator would be a total waste of time to report. Otherwise the hotel was comfortable. |

| I've stayed at this hotel several times and they are very nice and great shuttle service to and from airport and surrounding restaurants etc. nice people. |

| Close to shopping and easy access to main roads-clean and friendly service-laundry facilities, continental breakfast, pool and exercise room all offered at a very affordable price |

| The area around the hotel is being developed but still has farms surrounding it. The farms were fertializing when we stayed there.
The room we stayed in had vaulted ceilings which made every sound echo with the very blank and sparse decor.
The pillows also smelled like whoever stayed there last was a smoker even with it being a non-smoking room.
I was disappointed that the shuttle did not start till 5:30 but we needed a place near the airport so my spouse could be dropped off at 5:15 am. It did provide that and once the area is developed more, it will be better.
I was impressed with the breakfast workers. Very nice and had a smile on their faces. The front staff was cordial when we checked in so no complaints there. |
