The only downside was the check-in time not being listed on my reservation and the front desk person having to answer the phones and try to assist walk-up customers. Hotel management needs to address the conflicting responsibilities of its' front desk personnel to deal with a phone ringing and a customer walking in the door simultaneously.
Very pleased, minus those two issues. Will return.

I like the hotel. No complaints other than price AND the shuttle stops running too early.
