| The only thing that was missing was a DVD player. We had rented a dvd before we arrived thinking that we could watch a movie we had already picked and couldn't. Although, there were movies that were supposedly still in the movie theaters on the TV, we didn't end up watching any. Overall, it was a great visit. |

| I enjoyed my stay at Best Western. The breakfasts were outstanding and the staff extremely helpful--even helped me map out some short trips and printed my boarding pass for me. I was so grateful for that help. I enjoyed the pool both mornings and did one workout in the gym.
I have already recommended this hotel to a friend who works in the area frequently. It is a bit out of town and I didn't enjoy the smell of cattle, but that was no issue once inside the hotel. |

| The hotel and room were very nice. It should be though since it is basically brand new. We were there from Thursday (Thanksgiving) and Friday nite. The breakfast was very good, BUT on Saturday when I went down at 9:00 (served from 7 to 10) they were out of 1/2 of their items. Yes, they replentished as requested but it definately caused a delay (plates being one of the items) During the breakfast I had to ask for two more items to be replentished. I know that was a busy time, but they didn't seem to be aware that the items were even gone. It wasn't until someone (not just me) asked for an item would they restock/replentish it. |

| This hotel was really nice. It was new but everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was really good and they had a big variety. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were awesome. |

| Brand new hotel, very clean, quiet. Probably had the most comfortable bed I've3 ever slept in and has all kinds of small but nice little extra's like an ironing board and iron in the room, microwave, etc. Free breakfast was very basic and they kept running out of eggs but overall, good enough. Right near the 202 San Tan freeway and lots of fast food places. Had a hard time checking out because no one was at the front desk for about 15 minutes. Outside of that, good deal. |

| We had an early flight out of the Phoenix Mesa airport, so this location was perfect! The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The fan in the room was a little loud and the cow smell outside was a little much, but the hotel was great! |

| Walls are real thin, could hear the alarm clock in the next room for a couple of hours. There was no hot water in the evening hours, only in the morning. |
